Creating a quote can be done in five easy steps:
- Start a New Quote
- Find the Product
- Add Product to List
- Set up Delivery
- Send to Order Up
Let's walk through the process step-by-step...
1. Start a New Quote
1: From the QuoteCenter homepage, click + New List on the top right of the screen.

2: Rename list by clicking Enter job description. Name the list something you or your customer can reference.

3: Search for your customer and click Select Customer to add customer to list.

If customer is not in the system and needs to be created, refer to how to create a new customer.
2. Find Product
1: Go to the search bar and type the item(s) needed.

2: Click the product from the Product Listing Page (PLP).

If the desired product can't be found within QuoteCenter, the Call for Price (CFP) feature allows you to request Special Order (S/O) and Pro MRO products from specific vendors. For more information about this, refer to how to use the call for price feature.
Note: You can filter your search by source, savings, brands and more on the left side of the PLP.
3: Type the number of products needed in the Quantity field.

3. Add Product to List
1: Select the best option for your customer and click +Add To List to add product(s) to list. Be sure to compare and discuss the options with your Pros based on their desired quantity. Click Show price breaks and share this information as well.

Note: The selected vendor will be highlighted with an orange box.
2: Repeat until all products have been added to list.
Tip: You can quickly add products to the list by scanning a product or by entering UPC, SKU or product description.

4. Set Up Delivery
1: Once your list is complete, click S/O Delivery on the top right of the screen to select the appropriate delivery option for your customer.

2: Type the address of job-site delivery. Select the address from the options and then click Continue.

If no matching job site is found, refer to how to enter a job site manually.
3: Read the Jobsite Readiness Review. Choose the corresponding answer.

4: Review details of the delivery. Once reviewed, then click Manage Delivery.

5: Review delivery settings. Once reviewed, click Close.

5. Send to eSVS
1: Click Send To Order Up button and select Create New Order Up Quote from the drop-down menu.

2: Click Create New Quote to send the quote to Order Up. Access to the Volume Pricing Program (VPP) Bid Room is available in Order Up.

3: Review the Summary page. |
